QPAC provides world class performing arts experience within heritage environment that requires substantial maintenance and continuous capital investment to maintain the extremely high satisfaction ratings from both production and marketing services as well patron satisfaction levels. On behalf of Arts Queensland, Pace Project Group is delivering a code compliance upgrade to multiple amenities within Cremorne Theatre, providing complete refurbishment to the QPAC stage door and main sign in area and an upgrade to Lyric Theatre’s orchestra pit and rostra seating.

QPAC schedules over 1000 performances annually that saw over 1.3 million people though its doors in 2017. The code compliant and upgrade capital works will vastly improve the current facilities, build on the vibrancy of the Queensland Cultural Centre and deepen the engagement with current and future audiences.

Pace Project Group is providing turn key Project Management services to Arts Queensland, including but not limited to design, tender, contract and construction management, and programming for multiple code compliance and capital upgrade projects.
