This complex project consisted of a range of critical infrastructure upgrades to the key mine safety training centre. The project included a new roof, suspended ceiling and full mechanical HVAC upgrade, all undertaken within a live laboratory environment.  

The upgrade provided a full renewal of critical infrastructure with an expected asset life extension of 32 years.
