Project Description

On behalf of the client (QAS), E8 managed the business case development, master planning and design process for the refurbishment and redevelopment of existing QAS facilities and an upgrade of a critical and complex ICT, network and communication infrastructure.  

Project Benefit

  • Optimise existing assets including adaptive re-use where appropriate, safe, functional and value for money to do so 
  • Incorporate new infrastructure as required and consider long term impacts in terms of new infrastructure and assets being adaptable, flexible and capable of supporting changes in service delivery 
  • Facilitate operating efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Achieve value for money relating to both capital and recurring costs
