Project Description

The Southport Magistrates Courthouse Cladding Removal and Replacement Project comprises of the careful removal and replacement of the remaining polyethylene cored aluminium composite panels (ACP) which form the façade to much of the main court building and are deemed non-conforming with the current National Construction Code. Work also included the removal and replacement of the intermediate term works painted CFC panels to the Hinze Street Fire Stairs 

Project Benefit

The key benefit provided on this project is significantly improved public safety and asset protection following on from recent national and international cases of combustible cladding endangering the lives of occupants of building clad with non-conforming building products.
