The project involves the construction of a new aquaculture facility at Bowen SHS as part  of the Special Projects program. Bowen SHS campus located at Argyle Park Rd, Bowen.  It is proposed that Infrastructure Planning and Delivery provide the construction of a new aquaculture facility that includes a shed which incorporates a small hatchery and grow out facility, flexible learning area, classroom, data room, stores and amenities. The new building will complement the existing infrastructure to allow for additional curriculum to be developed that meets the current and emerging needs. 

The key benefit provided on this project is to allow Bowen SHS to expand its science curriculum and provide further real outcomes for students in emerging industries.

Pace Projects Group provided Procurement Management for the engagement of Project Manager and Principal Consultant services and Head Contractor. Design and delivery management throughout the project lifecycle. This included but not limited to head contractor variations, program review, cashflow review, budget monitoring, legislative compliance.
