This project is for the design and construction of a new Hydrogen Hub at Gladstone SHS as part of the Special Projects program. Gladstone SHS is located at 30 Dawson Road, Gladstone QLD 4068. It is proposed that Infrastructure Planning and Delivery provide an upgrade of the training facilities to support Hydrogen in line with the information provided in the brief. The project includes the construction of a lab and preparation room to support the Hydrogen Hub and the refurbishment of two existing science labs and a preparation room to modernise the facilities. Installation of fresh water holding tanks and required infrastructure to support aquaculture studies. 

The key benefit provided on this project is to allow Gladstone SHS to expand its science curriculum and provide further real outcomes for students in emerging industries.

Pace Projects Group provided Procurement Management for the engagement of Project Manager and Principal Consultant services and Head Contractor. Design and delivery management throughout the project lifecycle. This included but not limited to head contractor variations, program review, cashflow review, budget monitoring, legislative compliance.
