Deception Bay State School offers educational services for the year range P – 06. The Deception Bay SS has expressed the need for a new Multi-Purpose Hall to support their curriculum needs. 

The key benefit provided on this project is to allow Deception Bay SS to expand and support its curriculum.

Pace Projects Group provided Procurement Management for the engagement of Project Manager and Principal Consultant services and Head Contractor. Design and delivery management throughout the project lifecycle. This included but not limited to head contractor variations, program review, cashflow review, budget monitoring, legislative compliance.
