Project Description

The works encompass the soft-shell refurb and fit out of ground and 1-st floor of the heritage listed Edith Cavell Building within the RBWH precinct. The floors were upgraded to provide functional workspaces, meeting rooms, open plan desk spaces, kitchenettes and utility areas. Additional alteration of existing and supply of new services including hydraulics, lighting, electrical and data was undertaken in strict compliance with heritage approval.  

Project Benefit

The fundamental project benefits the project provide is increased functionality within a modern open and agile office environment and relieve immediate space constraints in the nearby Public Health Building
