This project is for the design and construction of a new 3 story Performing Arts Centre, it will house music learning areas, dance studio, multimedia, recording studio. 

The key benefit provided on this project is to allow Burnside SHS to expand its curriculum to become a performing arts school.

Pace Projects Group provided Procurement Management for the engagement of Project Manager and Principal Consultant services and Head Contractor. Design and delivery management throughout the project lifecycle. This included but not limited to head contractor variations, program review, cashflow review, budget monitoring, legislative compliance. 

Pace provided departmental advice on design, delivery, and expected project budget.
