In anticipation of meeting the expected growth over the coming years the construction of a new Administration and Student support Hub building to provide the school with the appropriate functional space requirements to better support the school’s community. 

The key benefit provided on this project is to allow Edge Hill SS to expand its administration and student support services.

Pace Projects Group provided Procurement Management for the engagement of Project Manager and Principal Consultant services and Head Contractor. Design and delivery management throughout the project lifecycle. This included but not limited to head contractor variations, program review, cashflow review, budget monitoring, legislative compliance. 

Pace provided ministerial advice on design, delivery, and expected project budget.
