Project Description
Emerald State High School offers educational services for the year range 7-12. ESHS has experienced growth in the school-aged population and as a result, requires additional facilities to continue to meet enrolment demand. To meet the growth of the region the construction of the new Industrial Technology and Design (ITD) building, extension and refurbishment of the Administration building, provision of a new carpark and completion of the design component for new Gym facilities (reusing the old IT shed) will expand on the school’s current services.
Project Benefit
The key benefit provided on this project is to allow Emerald SHS to expand its manual arts curriculum and provide further real outcomes for students in emerging industries.
Key Services
Pace Projects Group provided Procurement Management for the engagement of Project Manager and Principal Consultant services and Head Contractor. Design and delivery management throughout the project lifecycle. This included but not limited to head contractor variations, program review, cashflow review, budget monitoring, legislative compliance.
Pace Projects provided ministerial advice on design, delivery, and expected project budget.
