The Flagstone local area has experienced growth in the school-aged population and as a result a new two-storey learning facility consisting of six general learning areas, outdoor learning spaces and outdoor amphitheatre has been constructed to meet the growth of the area. This new learning facility also includes an open under-croft, which will be available for a future six general learning areas. 

The key benefit provided on this project is to allow Flagstone SS to increase its capacity to meet the growing needs of the local area.

Pace Projects Group provided Procurement Management for the engagement of Project Manager and Principal Consultant services and Head Contractor. Design and delivery management throughout the project lifecycle. This included but not limited to head contractor variations, program review, cashflow review, budget monitoring, legislative compliance.
