The specific infrastructure to be delivered includes but it is not limited to demolition of lightweight linings, joinery and theatre chairs, complete asbestos removal, replacement of existing contaminated ductwork to maintain current ventilation and removal of associated services.  

The fundamental project benefits the project provide is better access and understanding to the project design team for the refurbishment of the Shonell Theatre building within the Complex and reduce the refurbishment works project which to be let at a later stage.
